Job Description:

 

• Janitor must keep the floors clean by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
• Janitor is in charge of gathering trash and emptying it in the main containers to be picked up by trash collectors.
• Janitor is in charge of servicing, cleaning and supplies the bathrooms.
• Janitor is in charge of most of the cleaning and keeping of the buildings
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• glass partitions and mirrors.
• Dusts the furniture, walls, machines, and equipment making sure that everything is kept cleaned and maintained.
• Sweeps and cleans areas inaccessible to power sweeper, using broom, shovel and/or portable air or electric vacuum sweeper.
• Checks, inspects and maintains oil, fuel and fluid levels.

Job Purpose:

Office Assistants ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Office Assistants perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

Reception
• Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
• Direct phone inquires to the appropriate staff members
• Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
• Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
• Administrate all social media accounts
• Maintain a clean workspace environment

 

Office administration:
• Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
• Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
• Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
• Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
• Code and file material according to the established procedures
• Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization’s databases
• Back-up electronic files using proper procedures
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
• Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for staff
• Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment

 

Assist with financial management:
• Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements
• Code and file financial material according to established records management procedures
• Process accounts payable ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information
• Process accounts receivable ensuring timeliness, accuracy of codes and appropriate backup
• Prepare accurate bank reconciliations and deposits
• Administer petty cash according to established procedures

Provide Board support:
• With the Executive Director, prepare meeting agendas and supporting material for distribution

Education

Qualifications

 

Education, Experience, Licensing Requirements
• Enough basic education to understand and follow routine directions or oral instructions.
• General knowledge of commonly used rules, procedures, operations, practices or routines such as could be acquired in less than one year of prior experience.
• Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) or Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH). The CEH designation is offered to those with a high school education, while the REH designation is offered to those who have a 4-year college degree. Both designations are earned by attending courses and passing exams; and both must be renewed every 2 years to ensure that workers keep abreast of new cleaning methods
• Some job-related training.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer service, including, but not limited to, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

 

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Greets all Property guests on arrival
• Explains facilities and attractions available for guest comfort and pleasure
• Serves meals, snacks, tea, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items
• Overseeing all elements of hospitality, food and beverage service within the residence on a daily basis
• Acting as a liaison to the lady and gentleman’s Executive and Personal Assistant
• Personal shopping, running errands, and concierge work
• Managing event production for social/religious gatherings, philanthropic events, political fundraisers, and additional private events

 

• Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 3 – 4+ years related experience working in a similar role for a private home or family

Job Purpose:

Generates sales revenue in assigned territory. Generate lead prospects face-to-face at the customer’s location for the purpose
of selling Maids Du Jour, Ltd. services.

Complies list of prospective customers based on information from ads, community activities, customer referrals,
door hangers and other resources.
• Sells services to new customers.
• Conducts all sales calls at potential customers’ homes (including nights and weekends as needed).
• Determines pricing based on an in-home inspection; and follow procedures for appropriate bid pricing.
• Meet management standards for bid conversion, total sales, dollars by quarter and weekly/biweekly customers’
totals and product mix.
• Correctly completes service proposals on legibly document customer preferences, credit card information, detailed
instructions and directions to customers’ homes.
• Follow-up on leads via telephone or face-to-face contact.
• Use the “Right Now” database to maintain appropriate sales data and to submit reports in a timely manner.
